Stressed out Susie- Stress Management

Today in health we talked about stress. We discussed the things that make us feel stressed and how we can cope and manage our stress. I wrote a little story about it and would LOVE it if parents could read it with our students and together talk about stress in their lives and make a plan so see how you could personally manage it.
